Hosted white-label analytics rents at $200/month, and Plausible keeps multi-site behind Enterprise quotes. This kit flips it: one Worker + one database on your own Cloudflare account (free tier to start), a 1-line embed per site, and a dashboard your clients open with their own token — your logo, their language. One payment of $42 — then nothing.
Get the kit — $42One zip: a single-file analytics Worker, the D1 schema, the embed script, and the white-label dashboard — no npm install, no build step, no subscription. You deploy it once and it's yours.
The collector, the API and the dashboard are one Cloudflare Worker file. Data lands in your own D1 database — nothing is sent to us, ever. Free tier covers a typical agency's traffic to start.
Add <script async src="…/pav/track.js" data-site="client"> and you're counting. No cookies to configure, no consent-banner storage category, SPA route changes included.
Set your name and color in Settings — header, tab title and the print view all follow. Each client gets their own access token and sees only their own site.
Each viewer picks their language (or gets it auto-detected) — sell analytics in your client's mother tongue while hosted tools ship English-only at this price.
Create the D1 database with an Asia-Pacific or Eastern-Europe location hint — honest regional placement your clients can ask about (a hint, not a residency contract; the docs say so plainly).
How agencies package this as a $29–99/mo care-plan add-on: warm and cold scripts, objection answers, and a day-by-day playbook to the first paying client.
What visitors get: no cookies, nothing in localStorage, no fingerprinting script. The only identifier is a random string the browser generates per visit and throws away with the page.
What the database gets: pre-aggregated counters — day, hour, path (query strings stripped), referrer reduced to bare hostname, country code, device class. Unique visits are counted with a hash of IP + user-agent that is salted per day: the same visitor hashes differently tomorrow, so nobody can be followed across days, and the raw values are never written down.
What this is not: legal advice and not a compliance certificate. You run it, so you're the data controller — the kit gives you the honest technical facts to put in your own privacy page. Enterprise clients can be pointed at Cloudflare's DPA for storage.
From unzip to a client-ready dashboard in about 15 minutes.
Three commands with wrangler: create the D1 database (choose the region), set two secrets, deploy. The included schema has exactly two tables — no event log, no profiles.
One async script tag with the site's id. The Worker checks the site's origin allowlist, hashes the visitor with the day's salt, and aggregates on the fly.
Send the link plus their personal token: your brand on top, their data only, their language, print-ready for the monthly report you charge for.
The same positioning the big players charge a premium to unlock — compared against their published plans (Sep 2026).

A zip with the analytics Worker (one file — collector, API and dashboard server), the D1 schema, the embed script, the white-label dashboard in 5 languages, and the guides: step-by-step setup, white-label/client-token customization, a $29–99/mo pricing playbook, and a 14-day plan to your first paying analytics client. No build step, no npm install.
No — you deploy on your own free Cloudflare plan and their published free allowances (Workers requests + D1 reads/writes) cover typical small-site traffic. If your traffic grows past those limits, Cloudflare's paid plan is $5/month — paid to Cloudflare, not to us. The kit itself never phones home.
We won't sell you that sentence. What's true: the tracker sets no cookies and stores nothing on the visitor's device; the database never receives raw IPs or user-agents; unique visits are counted with a daily-salted hash that can't follow anyone across days; query strings are stripped. That's a strong privacy design — but you are the data controller for your deployment, and the final compliance wording is between you and your counsel.
A single-agency commercial license: one buyer runs the kit for all of their own clients, under their own brand or the client's brand, forever. Redistributing or reselling the kit files themselves is not allowed — each agency needs its own license.
When you create the D1 database you pass a location hint — Asia-Pacific or Eastern-Europe — and Cloudflare provisions the database accordingly. We call it a choice of region, not "data locked in country X": a hint influences placement, it isn't a residency contract. The kit's docs say exactly this so you never overpromise a client.
If the kit doesn't fit how you work, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — the zip is yours to keep or delete. One refund per purchase; we only ask for optional feedback.
